These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your use of our services, including but not limited to trip bookings, travel packages, and any other related services we provide. By booking with Three Crowns Luxury Travel or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth herein. Please read this Agreement carefully.
1. Introduction
Three Crowns Luxury Travel (“Three Crowns”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a travel agency offering luxury travel experiences worldwide. This Agreement applies to all services provided by Three Crowns, including but not limited to trip bookings, vacation packages, and concierge services.
By booking or purchasing our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking Process
To book a trip with Three Crowns, you must provide accurate and complete information for all individuals traveling. This includes, but is not limited to, full names, passport information, travel preferences, and special requests. A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a booking confirmation from us.
2.2 Deposits and Payments
A deposit may be required at the time of booking. The required deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Final payment is due as specified in the payment schedule provided to you during the booking process. If full payment is not received by the specified due date, your booking may be subject to cancellation.
2.3 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified in your booking confirmation. All payments must be made in the currency stated in the invoice.
2.4 Currency and Fees
All prices are quoted in the currency specified in the booking confirmation. Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, service charges, or foreign transaction fees.
3. Changes and Cancellations
3.1 Client Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees will apply based on the timing of your cancellation, as detailed in the booking confirmation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the refund policy.
Please note that some services, such as airline tickets, hotel bookings, or third-party services, may have different cancellation policies, and in such cases, you will be subject to the specific terms of those suppliers.
3.2 Changes to Bookings
If you wish to modify your booking, such as changing travel dates or destinations, please notify us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but additional fees or surcharges may apply.
3.3 Agency Cancellations or Changes
Three Crowns reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings if necessary, such as due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, or supplier issues). In such cases, we will offer alternatives or a full refund for the affected services.
3.4 Disputes
Except in cases of fraud, you agree not to file any dispute with your bank or credit card company to avoid or violate any booking terms and conditions of Three Crowns or its Suppliers for reasons beyond the control of Three Crowns or its Suppliers. If you attempt to chargeback, reverse, or recollect a previously authorized trip payment, Three Crowns reserves the right to collect all additional costs, fees, and expenses associated with such chargebacks, reversals, or recollection.
4. Travel Documentation and Responsibility
4.1 Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations, for your trip. We recommend checking entry requirements for your destination well in advance of your departure.
4.2 Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. Travel insurance is not included in the cost of your booking, but we can assist in providing information on available options.
4.3 Airline Check-In
Due to enhanced security, it is strongly recommended that you check in a minimum of 2 hours prior to scheduled departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to scheduled departure time for international flights. Reconfirm flight times at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure time for domestic flights, and 72 hours prior for international flights.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Services Provided by Third Parties
Three Crowns works with third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators) to provide services. We are not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of these third-party suppliers, nor for any damages or losses incurred during the trip. We make every effort to ensure the quality of the services provided, but cannot guarantee the performance of third-party suppliers.
5.2 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or failures in performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, political unrest, natural disasters, or strikes. In such cases, we will assist in making alternate arrangements where possible, but we are not responsible for any additional costs incurred.
6. Conduct and Behavior
You agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is respectful and lawful during your trip. You are responsible for any damage, injury, or loss caused by your actions. If you engage in behavior that is disruptive or dangerous to other guests, staff, or local authorities, we reserve the right to terminate your participation in the trip without any refund.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. By booking with Three Crowns, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data for the purposes of booking travel.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as agreed upon by the parties.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Three Crowns. Any previous agreements, representations, or understandings are superseded by this Agreement.
9.2 Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated version will apply to all bookings made after the date of such update.
